Life Flight Network offers ICU-level care during air transport across the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West. EMS helicopters typically operate within a 175-mile radius of their base, but have the capability to fly longer distances. Fixed-wing aircraft can transport patients throughout the nation, as well as internationally.
