Request a Non-Emergent Quote

To request a non-emergent quote for a rotor-wing flight, a fixed-wing flight, or a ground transport please call our main dispatch line at (800) 232-0911, (208) 367-3114, or use the request form on this page. Non-emergent transports are typically scheduled several days in advance. The Communications Specialist will need to know where the patient is coming from and going to, the preferred date of transport (if known), any special medical needs the patient may have, the patient weight, the name of the person requesting the quote, and their phone number. Our Communications Center is open 24/7. Our goal is to respond to quote requests within 24-hours.
