Medical emergencies and accidents happen every day without warning, and venturing outside of a metropolitan area can jeopardize a patient’s chances of survival. That’s where Life Flight Network comes in. We can quickly dispatch an emergency transport team, bringing the ICU to you. When you’re a member, there’s absolutely no cost for medically necessary emergent flights.

The following are just some of the benefits you and your loved ones will receive as Life Flight Network members:

• Membership covers you, your spouse or domestic partner, and dependents you claim on your income tax return. Elderly (65+) and disabled family members living in the same household can also be covered.
• Members will not incur out-of-pocket expenses for medically necessary emergent flights if flown by Life Flight Network or a reciprocal partner, subject to their program rules.

By becoming a Life Flight Network member, you agree to the terms stated in the Statement of Understanding. New member benefits take effect after reciept of a completed application and payment. Life Flight Network transports patients based on medical need, not membership status. Medicaid beneficiaries should not apply for membership.
