Communications Center Supervisor
The Communications Center Supervisor manages the day to day responsibilities of the Communications Center with a focus on quality and customer service. This position is responsible for driving accountability by utilizing key performance indicators, ensuring policy and procedural adherence, identifying coaching and development opportunities, facilitate ongoing training and performance management, scheduling, staffing and ensuring safe in-flight communication and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Business or a related field. High School diploma or equivalent is required

Communications Specialist
The Communications Specialist is responsible for receiving, coordinating and following through to conclusion all requests for assistance involving Life Flight Network by using established protocols and procedures, always keeping in mind the importance of exemplary customer service. The Communications Specialist will be responsible for succinctly and professionally communicating with sending and receiving facilities and their transfer centers (if applicable), Life Flight Network medical staff, 911 centers and other members of the EMS community.
Starting salary for this position is $46,092 and up, depending on experience.

Customer Service Manager
The Customer Service Manager is accountable for 24/7 oversight of an assigned base, serving as a leader and providing guidance regarding safety, customer service, team cohesiveness, performance management, and financial accountability for clinicians, pilots, mechanics and administrative employees. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for facilitating communication among staff, management and customers and ensuring employees adhere to Life Flight Network policies and procedures. This position reports to the Regional Director and performs duties applicable to job specialty, including Flight Nurse, Flight Paramedic, Ground Paramedic, Pilot, or Mechanic.
***This position is eligible for up to $5,000 relocation assistance and a sign on bonus of $7,500 - $25,000 depending on experience. Must be available to begin full time employment on August 12, 2019.***
Qualifications

Fixed Wing Pilot
The Fixed Wing Pilot is responsible for safely operating Pilatus aircraft to facilitate the transport of critically ill and/or injured patients. The Fixed Wing Pilot will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people, one-on-one and in large groups, sometimes in highly stressful situations. All Pilots will be required to attend Flight Safety Training and will sign a Training and Tuition Agreement form.
Starting salary for this position is $79,497 and up, depending on experience.

Flight Nurse
The Flight Nurse is responsible for working with the Flight Paramedic in the delivery of advanced critical care to patients of the Life Flight Network. The Flight Nurse assumes and is ultimately responsible for all direct patient care in accordance to the guidelines and protocols of Life Flight Network.
Starting salary for this position can range from $74,954 - $102,860, depending on schedule. Salary to increase based on experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of ICU/ED/Trauma experience within the last ten (10) years.
- Previous flight experience preferred.
- Flight experience can be substituted year for year for the ICU/ED/Trauma requirement.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is also responsible for aviation maintenance including assisting in planning, evaluating, developing, implementing and maintaining services for LFN in compliance with LFN’s FAA Part 135 air carrier certificate.

Operational Control Center Specialist
The Operational Control Center Specialist (OCS) is responsible for coordinating and following to conclusion all aspects of Life Flight Network aviation transports in conjunction with Communication Specialists, established protocols and procedures and with safety as the highest priority. The OCS is responsible for succinctly and professionally communicating with flight crew, weather services, communications centers, hospitals, FBOs, and other stakeholders.
Starting salary for this position is $55,536 and up, depending on experience.
General Accountabilities and Essential Functions:
- Ensure safe and efficient dispatch of aircraft
- Continuous monitoring of weather for all regions Life Flight Network services
- Provide weather updates to flights in progress
- Completes preflight risk assessment and verifies compliance on all submitted risk assessments prior to aircraft departure
- Coordinates services needed for flights in progress (fuel, hangar space, flight authorizations thru restricted areas)
- Obtain and accurately relay necessary information to Life Flight Network aircraft.

Rotor Wing Aviation Compliance Evaluator
The Life Flight Network Aviation Compliance Evaluator provides instructional services to ensure company pilots are trained to deliver customer oriented, high quality air medical transport services in a safe and efficient manner. The pilot is expected to act as a proactive and integral team player, both in flight, and during ground operations, utilizing communication and technical skills which will strengthen the company goal of being held in highest regard within the HAA industry.
This position is based out of our headquarters in Aurora. The schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three years of experience as a Part 135 Pilot in Command in the Air Medical industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs as Check Airman, Flight Instructor, and Ground Instructor.
- Evaluates operational compliance including all aspects of safety, flight operations, maintenance operations, and other procedures and policies as described in the General Operations Manual.
