Life Flight is currently recruiting for an Aviation Records Technician to work at our Aurora, Oregon location. The Aviation Records Technician is responsible for ensuring all Life Flight Networks aviation data is recorded and maintained in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies and procedures. Including daily collection of aircraft logs and maintenance work, accuracy of records, physically file and maintain hard copies of aircraft flight logs and maintenance documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years recording keeping and/or equivalent administrative experience in the aviation industry
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office proficiency
Advanced knowledge of aircraft logbooks and maintenance records

Life Flight is currently recruiting for an Information Technology Administrator to work from our Aurora, Oregon location. The IT Administrator is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and upgrading LFN’s corporate network. This person will be hands-on, from development to the end user, in meeting requests and creating processes that both meet required goals and increase efficiencies company wide. On call time and travel throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho maybe required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on Computer Science or Management Information Systems Direct IT experience may be substituted year for year for a Bachelor’s degree
Microsoft and VMware certifications desired
2-3 years of experience supporting a multi node, multi-site, Microsoft & VMware environment

The Parts and Warranty Administrator is responsible for maintaining inventory, submitting warranty claims, processing parts, returning cores to vendors, and tracking warranty periods of all parts. This position serves as a liaison between manufacturers and vendors resolving claims and requesting authorizations.
QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of five (5) years of ICU/ED/Trauma experience within the last ten (10) years. Previous flight experience preferred. Flight experience can be substituted year for year for the ICU/ED/Trauma requirement. Current licensure and/or certification as listed below:

The Rotor Wing Pilot is responsible for professionally and safely operating aircraft for LFN to facilitate care of critically ill and/or injured patients. The Rotor Wing Pilot will possess strong aviation skills, a keen sense of safety, superior customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people, one-on-one and in large groups, sometimes in highly stressful situations. The Rotor Wing Pilot will be required to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
