Life Flight Network is a voting member of the Association of Air Medical Services and was named "Program of the Year" by AAMS in 2009.

Life Flight Network is a member of the North West Association of Aeromedical Responders (NWAAR). NWAAR is an air medical trade association comprised of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho Members. The purpose of NWAAR is for the membership to work in cooperation to enhance operational safety; to develop best practice initiatives; to improve overall system efficiencies; to promote a positive perception and continued availability of air medical services to the public; to monitor changes and trends in the air medical industry and mitigate any risk to the industry; to develop processes that foster appropriate air medical resource utilization throughout the Northwest region; and to achieve a formalized mutual aid structure that optimizes the use of air medical resources in the event of a mass casualty incident or homeland emergencies.
